1、 User and Registration:

If you have a dispute with other users over the content displayed on the Hongjingkangyuan Health Platform, the judicial department may require the Hongjingkangyuan Health Platform to provide the necessary evidence materials for the case in accordance with legal procedures.

4、 Rights and Responsibilities of Hongjingkang Yuanda Health Platform:

4.2 Hongjing Kangyuan Health Platform has the obligation to maintain the normal operation of the entire network platform on the existing technology, and strive to improve and enhance the technology, so that your online communication and mutual assistance with doctors can proceed smoothly;

4.3 As a platform for doctors and professional consultants to communicate with patients and users, the Hongjing Kangyuan Health Platform is not responsible for the source and accuracy of the information you post, does not participate in doctor-patient communication, and does not assume any responsibility for the results of doctor-patient communication;

4.4 In the event of your inappropriate behavior on the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform or any other situation where the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform believes that the service should be terminated, the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform has the right to delete relevant information, terminate service provision, etc. at any time without obtaining your consent;

4.5 Hongjingkang Yuanda Health Platform is not obliged to review the registration data, all activity behaviors, and other related matters of all users. However, if the following situations exist, Hongjingkang Yuanda Health Platform has the right to choose to retain or delete relevant information or continue or stop providing services to the user according to different circumstances, and pursue relevant legal responsibilities:

If any problems or doubts are found in the registration data or activity behavior, the platform has the right to issue inquiries and request correction notices to users or directly make deletion or other processing;

4.8 If it is confirmed through effective national legal documents or administrative penalty decisions that the user has engaged in illegal behavior, or if the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform has sufficient factual basis to determine that the user has engaged in illegal or violating the management regulations of the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform, the platform has the right to disclose the user's illegal behavior in a reasonable manner;

4.9 In the event of force majeure (such as fire, flood, riot, commotion, war, natural disasters, etc.) causing service interruption or damage or loss of user data on the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform, the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform shall not be held responsible;

5.3 In the event of changes, interruptions, or termination of services, the Hongjing Kangyuan Health Platform still has the following rights:

7.2 You have the right to choose whether to comply with the disease diagnosis, treatment plan, medication advice (including electronic prescriptions) made by physicians on the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform. 8、 Default compensation:

12、 Other regulations

12.1 These terms of service constitute the complete agreement between you and the Hongjingkang Yuan Health Platform regarding the terms of service and other related matters. Except as provided in the terms of service, no other rights are granted to the parties to the terms of service.

12.2 If any provision of these Terms of Service is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain valid and binding.
